The Castleton Show Run is a road race of approximately 10k or 6 miles, which starts and finishes at the Castleton Show Field on show day!

The race is organised by members of North York Moors AC.

Castleton is a village at the top end of the Esk Valley in the North York Moors National Park.

The race route traverses minor roads in a circular manner via Dibble Bridge, the ford at Hob Hole and the village of Westerdale.

A map of the course can be viewed on the 'race route' page.

The show is a traditional North York Moors village affair, with marquees of exhibits, refreshments, various stalls, live music and kid races. The show is held on the second Saturday in September.
